SHIPPING POLICY

Our orders will be shipped in 24 hours and you can expect a confirmation email with a tracking link. Our shipping service is UPS, and you can expect your package in 3-5 business days, unless you choose expedited which will be 1-2 business days. 

 

If for any reason you have trouble with your package please contact us via our email Luxeempress@gmail.com. We will do our best to sort it our but please understand that once your order is shipped the responsibility lays on the shipping company. 

Due to the pandemic we have a strict no return policy! If for some reason our merchandise does not meet your standards, or we have made a mistake on our part please contact us. We will try our best to make it right. In the event that we have made a mistake a send out of the correct order will happen, you will receive credits for a next purchase, or a refund.
